Winter Classes for Kids

Wanna play in the mud? Yes, let’s get our hands dirty and learn about clay and all the exciting things we can make with mud. Classes and workshops will range in length, depth of topic, and age. Some workshops will focus on handbuilt projects while others may include throwing clay on the potters wheel. We’ll explore a variety of surface decoration techniques: painting with underglazes and slips, carving, screen printing, decals, glaze layering, and more. Our goal is to learn about the wonder of clay and to have fun!
